A day that feels laid-back, meaningful, and real — whether that means a quiet ceremony with a handful of your favourite humans, or an adventurous elopement somewhere beautiful. This is the part where we start turning that vision into something real. Inside this guide, I’ll walk you through the experience I offer and what it looks like to invest in a wedding day that gives you the freedom to be fully present with each other. No stress. What working together looks like
Planning a wedding or elopement can feel overwhelming, but that’s where I come in! From day one, I’m here to make this feel easy and totally you guys. Here’s what the experience looks like from start to finish:

If you are planning a wedding let me know the date, and we can go over your dream locations that suit your vision for your wedding. If you are eloping -- let’s pick a date and location: Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a simple contract and retainer invoice to make it official. After that, the fun begins! Don’t have a date or location picked yet? No stress. I’ll help you find the perfect place and the best time of year to go there based on your vision, priorities, and what kind of landscape you’re dreaming of.

I will assist in planning your day: We’ll hop on a consultation call where I’ll get to know both of you, what you love to do together, what kind of vibe you’re going for, and how you want the day to feel. Whether that’s hiking, kayaking, stargazing, or sharing a quiet picnic with epic views or all the above, I’ll help you dream up a day that’s true to who you are as a couple.

Customized timeline: Once we’ve figured out what you want your day to look like, I’ll build a custom timeline that flows like your favorite playlist, intentional, and totally you. We’ll make sure there’s time to explore, take in the views, have a snack (very important), and just enjoy being together without feeling like you’re on a tight schedule. Basically, it’s like a choose-your-own-adventure…but with a super cool photographer capturing it all.

No Travel Fees within Alberta: No surprise fees here! My travel anywhere in Alberta & also in parts of Saskatchewan are always included into packages. Whether you choose to get married or elope with a downtown vibe like Edmonton or Calgary, in the badlands of Alberta, or surrounded by beautiful canola fields I’m already packed and ready to go.

Your Wedding Day: This is the BEST part. You get to be fully present with your person while I take care of documenting all the real, beautiful moments. I’ll help guide you when needed, step back when it’s right, and make sure the experience feels fun, relaxed, and totally unforgettable.

The Photos: After your wedding, I’ll carefully edit your images and deliver a full-resolution online gallery where you can relive the day all over again. You’ll be able to download, share, and print your favorites easily. These aren’t just photos, they’re pieces of your story that you’ll hold onto forever. But don't worry, you'll also receive a USB of all your photos as well!

Besties forever: Just because the wedding's over doesn’t mean I disappear! I’m always here for you. Whether you want help printing your photos, designing an album, or you just want to share cute updates (yes, I do want to see pictures of your dog). Lets Keep it Local: This package includes travel anywhere within Utah, from down to arches up to sharp mountain peaks of Salt Lake. If your love story is taking you beyond state lines, I’m totally down, but additional travel fees will apply. I’ll make it easy and upfront, no surprises.

The classic wedding day time warp. One minute you’re zipping up boots, the next you’re crying happy tears, and suddenly, boom, it’s over and you’re wondering if it was all a dream. That’s why I focus on slowing things down, building a timeline that leaves space to actually be in the moment (and breathe, snack, explore, repeat). I’m there to document the big stuff, the quiet stuff, and the weird little in-between moments that end up being your favourite memories. Think less chaos, more “OMG I didn’t even know you caught that” magic.
Why would we need an entire day of photos…?
All day coverage is designed to allow your wedding day to feel laid back, relaxed while also making sure we fit all your wants and needs into your day! All-day photography coverage ensures that every part of your wedding day or elopement is captured. No rushed moments, no missed memories meaning you and your loved ones can see your story from start to finish!

FAQs
How many photos will we get?
I don't believe in capping the number of images because each love story is different. For a full day wedding you can expect around 600 photos (or more it all depends with your timeline)
We have no idea how to pose…will you help?
Absolutely. Most of my couples say the same thing! I’ll guide you naturally so it never feels stiff or awkward. My goal is to help you feel present, not posed.
When do we get our photos back?
As someone who secretly hates the anticipation of waiting I always promise sneak peeks to clients within the first 48 hours, but you will get the full gallery 6 weeks after your wedding. Though I try to aim for sooner, I promise no longer than 6 weeks!
